This time-saving feature enables standard users to customize the layout of metadata fields on the Box Details screen during data entry sessions. Users can enable and disable fields that their system administrator has enabled (required fields cannot be modified). They can optimize data entry by displaying only the fields they use, arranging them in the order in which they enter data, and locking data to eliminate duplicate entry. The custom layout can be updated at any time during box entry.
